Who We Are
The RCCASA Foundation is the supporting arm of the Richland County Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) program in Columbia, South Carolina.
Our mission is to ensure that all children served by the organization have a safe and permanent home. We raise funds, recruit volunteers, and support the award-winning Richland County CASA program in its work advocating for abused and neglected children.
CASA volunteers are trained community members appointed by judges to advocate for the best interests of children in the foster care system. They do not sit and watch children suffer — they become part of the solution.
